At AmericanElectric we specialize in rechargeable power energy, with a particular focus on batteries for light electric vehicle systems. As a US-based company, we prioritize building our batteries locally to provide our customers with support in America. We understand the importance of battery safety and knowledge, and we believe that partnering with us over a Chinese company can offer you several benefits moving forward.
Firstly, we offer warranties that allow us to repair any battery we build for you in America, meaning your customers don't have to worry about not being able to use their product entirely just because of a faulty battery. Additionally, if your customers experience any issues with their battery after purchasing one of your bikes, we'll take care of everything for you.
We also offer battery replacement options, ensuring your customers always have a solution for their battery needs, even as your business grows and product designs change. We've partnered and replaced batteries for several companies, including Rambo, QuietKat, Rad Power, Aventon and many more.
Our process involves building fresh batteries every time, eliminating any concerns about voltage loss from sitting in a factory or losing power during shipping. We take several steps to rebuild your battery, leaving the technicalities to us.
We offer upgrade options to help you achieve your goals for your product, such as longer-lasting battery cells and upgrading parts to match your demands. Our custom-designed cases can also display your brand name, allowing you to take full credit for the batteries we build for you.
If you're just starting a new project and don't want to order in bulk due to the minimum order quantity required by Asian factories, we offer low quantity options and can support both small and large orders.
Finally, we handle all battery shipping needs, including hazmat shipping, ensuring it's done correctly to avoid fines. We understand that investing in batteries is a significant decision that can make or break a product, and we're here to offer options that can take your system to the next level. Whether you need a battery for your ebike or one for the next revolutionary Robot your company is building, AmericanElectric knows best.
