What is a Rebuild?
A battery rebuild is a specialized service where we restore your existing battery pack using its original case, replacing or upgrading the internal components based on the client’s needs or our diagnostic results. Instead of discarding the entire unit, we preserve the external housing and focus on renewing what’s inside—cells, wiring, BMS, and other key elements—to bring the battery back to optimal performance or even improve it.
By reusing the existing enclosure, we ensure perfect compatibility with your equipment while reducing costs and waste, and enabling tailored upgrades, extended lifespan, and reliable performance—without the need to source a completely new pack.
Battery Pack Rebuild Process
Request Submission
The process begins when we receive the Rebuild Request Form, completed with all required specifications and details from the customer.
Technical Evaluation
Our Battery Engineering Assessment Team reviews your request in detail. A formal response with the feasibility, estimated cost, and scope of work will be provided within 24 to 72 business hours.
Shipping Coordination
Once the rebuild is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with the agreed packing and shipping guidelines. You will then send the battery pack to our facility following the provided instructions.
Production & Assembly
Upon receiving your battery, our production specialists begin the rebuild process according to the agreed specifications, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
Final Delivery
After successful testing, your battery pack will be prepared for shipment. From the start of production to final dispatch, the process takes approximately 30 or 45 business days.
