Battery Pack Rebuild Process

Step 1 – Request Submission

The process begins when we receive the Rebuild Request Form, completed with all required specifications and details from the customer.

Step 2 – Technical Evaluation

Our Battery Engineering Assessment Team reviews your request in detail. A formal response with the feasibility, estimated cost, and scope of work will be provided within 24 to 72 business hours.

Step 3 – Shipping Coordination

Once the rebuild is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label along with the agreed packing and shipping guidelines. You will then send the battery pack to our facility following the provided instructions.

Step 4 – Production & Assembly

Upon receiving your battery, our production specialists begin the rebuild process according to the agreed specifications, ensuring precision and quality at every step.

Step 5 – Safety & Quality Testing

Every rebuilt battery undergoes a rigorous Safety & Performance Testing Protocol, including capacity verification, thermal management checks, and compliance inspections.

Step 6 – Final Delivery

After successful testing, your battery pack will be prepared for shipment.

From the start of production to final dispatch, the process takes approximately 45 business days.

Unlike low-quality batteries from China, our batteries are fresh and made to order using premium cells from renowned brands like Samsung, LG, EVE and Molicell, ensuring long-lasting, high-quality performance.

Yes, atAmericanElectric, our batteries are completely new and come directly from the factory. Instead of keeping stock batteries that may deteriorate over time, as happens in the Chinese market, we manufacture fresh batteries on-demand. Our factory is located in Hallandale Beach, FL, USA, ensuring that all our batteries are of the highest quality and freshly made for optimal performance.

3. Do you offer warranty on the batteries you sell?

Yes, AmericanElectric Energy offers an exclusive one-year warranty for all our batteries at no extra cost. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or performance issues. Unlike low-quality batteries from the Chinese market, which typically don’t offer warranties due to mass production and lack of quality control, our batteries are designed for long-lasting and reliable performance. This warranty, unique in the U.S. and globally, reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

4. How do I know when to replace my battery?

Generally, a battery needs replacement after 4 to 5 years, depending on use and charging frequency. If you notice a significant decrease in charge duration, overheating, or your device turning off unexpectedly, these could be signs that the battery is deteriorating and needs replacement.

Of these, the brands we use the most due to their high quality and performance are Samsung and LG, with EVE being the most economical option without compromising basic performance. Each of these brands is selected based on the specific needs of each application.
