- If you choose the Mail-in Recycling option, the recycling service is completely free, customers are only responsible for shipping costs.
- If you choose the Factory Drop-off option, the recycling cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your lithium batteries.
- We only accept batteries with a maximum size of 16x16x16 inches per battery.
- This service is unavailable in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- We do not accept lead-acid batteries; we only accept lithium batteries. Please check the sticker on your battery to ensure it belongs to the lithium chemical family.
- The total weight of the batteries submitted will determine the applicable rate.

3. Do you offer warranty on the batteries you sell?

Unlike low-quality batteries from the Chinese market, which typically don’t offer warranties due to mass production and lack of quality control, our batteries are designed for long-lasting and reliable performance.
