American Electric Energy – Terms & Conditions of Orders (2025): These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions conducted with AmericanElectric Energy (“American Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “Purchaser”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to submit a cancellation request via email to office@american-electric.co; requests via chat, text, voicemail, or any other email address are invalid and will not be honored. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee (applies to all battery types, including packs, naked packs, rebuilds, and custom packs), with the remaining 80% refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the customer’s financial institution. The estimated delivery timeframe for batteries is 35–45 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or factory closure days), with possible extensions of up to 10 additional business days for supplier shortages, HAZMAT shipping delays, or custom battery sourcing issues; customers requiring faster turnaround are advised to seek alternative vendors, as quality is prioritized over speed. If delivery exceeds the extended timeframe, customers may submit a written refund request to office@american-electric.co.
