Genze Gen 1 Battery Rebuild
The process of refurbishing or reconstructing used batteries restores their performance and lifespan. It is commonly applied to batteries for power tools, electric vehicles, e-bikes, medical equipment, and renewable energy systems, among others.
The process begins with an evaluation of the used battery to determine its viability. Next, the battery pack is opened, and depleted or damaged cells are removed. These cells are then replaced with new ones. We work with high-quality cells, including Samsung 50S 21700, LG 18650, and EVE. The Battery Management System (BMS) is also inspected and replaced if necessary. Finally, the battery is reassembled, and charge/discharge tests are conducted to ensure proper functionality.
The main advantages of Battery Rebuild include cost savings compared to purchasing a new battery, reduced electronic waste and environmental impact, and the possibility of enhancing performance by installing higher-capacity cells. This process is particularly useful in industries like robotics, where battery autonomy and performance are crucial.
*Important Disclaimer
To proceed with the rebuilding process, it is mandatory to send the original battery case. This is necessary to ensure a perfect fit and proper functionality of the rebuilt system. Without the case, the Battery Rebuild service cannot be performed.
