American Electric Energy – Terms & Conditions of Orders (2025): These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, services, and transactions conducted with AmericanElectric Energy (“American Electric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “Purchaser”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Customers have 24 hours from the time of order placement to submit a cancellation request via email to office@american-electric.co; requests via chat, text, voicemail, or any other email address are invalid and will not be honored. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee (applies to all battery types, including packs, naked packs, rebuilds, and custom packs), with the remaining 80% refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the customer’s financial institution. The estimated delivery timeframe for batteries is 35–45 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, or factory closure days), with possible extensions of up to 10 additional business days for supplier shortages, HAZMAT shipping delays, or custom battery sourcing issues; customers requiring faster turnaround are advised to seek alternative vendors, as quality is prioritized over speed. If delivery exceeds the extended timeframe, customers may submit a written refund request to office@american-electric.co. Returns for warranty repair, replacement, or exchange require proof of purchase and valid evidence (video, photos, or certified diagnostic report) of incorrect or defective products; exchanges are only allowed when the delivered product does not match the original receipt. Non-returnable items include used products, custom orders, completed services, damaged or abused items, incomplete products, personalized items, and non-defective special orders. All returns must be shipped in original packaging with issued labels and materials to American Electric® Factory 1 FL, 2546 SW 30th Ave, Hallandale, FL 33009, via UPS or FedEx only. Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method. American Electric reserves the right to refuse future orders or returns if policy abuse is detected. Warranty claims for defects (charging issues, power failures, or physical defects) must be submitted via email; approved claims receive a return label, and customers must pay a $39 prepaid shipping fee. Improper handling (opened casing, impact, blown fuses) voids refunds of this fee. Confirmed manufacturer defects will be repaired or replaced within 10–15 business days, and product support is provided for one (1) year from delivery. Customers expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks or stop payments; unjustified chargebacks will result in legal action and fees of at least $100 or 20% of the order value, whichever is greater. Eligible refunds must be requested directly through American Electric at office@american-electric.co. American Electric reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting to the website, and placing an order constitutes full acceptance. Special terms apply to battery rebuilds: prepaid labels are issued within 24–72 hours, expire within 30 days, and must be used within 30 business days to avoid liability for labor costs; cancellations after 24 hours incur a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for proper packaging, and non-compliance may result in cancellation or additional charges. Warranty Disclaimer: American Electric Energy provides no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and buyers acknowledge they have not relied on representations regarding quality, suitability, or performance of goods. Buyers are urged to review product specifications, assess needs independently, and seek professional advice before purchase. Battery Safety Notice: Improper use of lithium-ion batteries may cause explosion, fire, injury, or property damage. Rechargeable batteries (Li-ion, LiPo, etc.) carry inherent risks; customers must use fire-resistant charging setups, never leave batteries unattended, avoid using damaged batteries or chargers, store safely, and dispose of responsibly. Overheating, swelling, or hissing batteries should be isolated from flammable materials and moved outdoors; in case of fire, water, soda, or foam extinguishers are recommended. American Electric is not responsible for damages from misuse or mishandling; purchasers agree to indemnify American Electric, its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, or liabilities. Service Policy: American Electric services manufacturer-responsible issues at its discretion, with fees applying in cases of customer misuse. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for service requests submitted more than one year after receipt. For all inquiries or service requests, customers must contact office@american-electric.co or call 305-767-3289. Safety Precautions: Improper handling of lithium-ion batteries may result in fire, explosion, injury, or death. Customers must carefully review all safety warnings, follow all handling and storage procedures, and direct all questions to office@american-electric.co.

Customer Advisory & Product Disclosure

At AmericanElectric Energy, we value transparency and want to ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of our products and processes before placing an order. Please be advised that the use of an AmericanElectric battery may void the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty on your vehicle, and we strongly encourage customers to verify any potential warranty implications directly with their vehicle manufacturer or dealer prior to purchase, as AmericanElectric cannot be held liable for any loss of OEM warranty coverage. As an independent manufacturer, references to third-party brands such as Rambo, QuietKat, iGO, and others are provided solely for compatibility and application purposes, and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or licensing by or with the respective brand owners. Each battery is custom-built in the United States only after an order has been placed; we do not mass-produce or pre-assemble packs. Every unit is carefully engineered, assembled, and tested to ensure maximum longevity, reliability, and performance, reflecting our commitment to uncompromising quality. The average production period is 35–45 business days from the date of order confirmation, and because of our dedication to craftsmanship, we do not offer expedited or rush services; if immediate fulfillment is required, we recommend considering an alternative vendor. Our focus is not on speed, but on building durable, high-performance batteries designed for years of dependable use.
