By visiting and/or purchasing from this Website, you agree to accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced in this Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). Typographical Errors
In the event content on the Website contains incorrect information, or a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or error in pricing information, AmericanElectric® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. AmericanElectric® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AmericanElectric® shall within 3-5 business days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Unsolicited Ideas
AmericanElectric® welcomes feedback, questions and comments about its products, services, and this Website. As a general policy, AmericanElectric® does not accept unsolicited ideas for products or services through this Website. Children Under 13

All disputes arising from your use of this Website or under this Agreement, shall be resolved in a court located in Florida, without reference to conflict of laws or choice of laws statutes.
Governing Language
Any translation of this Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License Agreement shall govern.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, voidable or unenforceable for any reason by any court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then such provision(s) shall be reformed without further action by the parties to the extent necessary to make such provision(s) valid and enforceable when applied to such facts or circumstances, with the objective of achieving as nearly as legally possible the same effect.
Modifications
AmericanElectric® reserves the right to update, revise, supplement, modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any update, revision, supplementation, modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon its posting on the Website. You agree that you will be bound by this Agreement, however and whenever it is updated, revised, supplemented, modified, or amended, whether you have actual or constructive notice of, and whether you have used or continue to use the Website after the updates, revisions, supplementations, modifications or amendments.
AMERICAN ELECTRIC ENERGY
MASTER SALES AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS (2026)
This Master Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all orders, purchases, services, and transactions with American Electric Energy (“American Electric,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the purchaser (“Customer” or “Buyer”) expressly agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
1. ACCEPTANCE; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. No terms proposed by Customer shall apply unless expressly accepted in writing by American Electric.
2. NO RELIANCE
Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statements, representations, or warranties other than those expressly set forth herein. All purchasing decisions are made solely at Customer’s independent discretion.
3. ORDER FINALITY & CANCELLATIONS

Orders become binding and non-revocable after 24 hours from placement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively to: office@american-electric.co

Requests through any other channel, or any other email are invalid.
-
Approved cancellations after 24 hours incur a mandatory 20% restocking fee.
-
Remaining balances are refunded within 7–10 business days, subject to financial institutions.
AmericanElectric reserves the right to deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion.
4. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING; NO INVENTORY
All products are custom-built to order. AmericanElectric does not maintain finished inventory. Upon order confirmation, materials, labor, and production resources are immediately allocated, making all orders inherently non-refundable except as expressly stated.
5. DELIVERY TERMS; DELAYS

Possible extension: +10 business days
Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

Delivery timelines are estimates only, not guarantees

Delays do not constitute breach of contract

AmericanElectric shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Supply chain disruptions

HAZMAT restrictions

Carrier delays
-
Component shortages
Customer’s sole remedy for excessive delay (beyond stated extension) is to request a refund in writing.
6. TITLE; RISK OF LOSS
Title and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon:

Shipment from facility, or
-
Delivery to carrier
AmericanElectric is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once transferred to carrier.
7. RETURNS & NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
All sales are final except as expressly stated.
Returns require:

Written authorization

Proof of purchase
-
Verifiable defect evidence
Strictly Non-Returnable:

Custom-built products
-
Used or installed products
-
Batteries with any signs of handling, wear, or modification
-
Special orders
-
Services rendered
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and/or discarded at Customer’s expense.
8. LIMITED WARRANTY
AmericanElectric provides a limited 1-year repair-or-replace warranty solely for verified manufacturing defects.
This warranty:

Applies only to original purchaser

Covers defects only, not performance expectations
Customer must:

Submit claim via email

Pay $39 shipping fee
AmericanElectric retains sole discretion in determining:

9. DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
AMERICAN ELECTRIC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS:

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AmericanElectric shall not be liable under any theory (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.)

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product
Under no circumstances shall AmericanElectric be liable for:

Personal injury or death

Property damage

Fire or explosion

Loss of profits, revenue, or business

Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
This limitation applies even if damages were foreseeable.
11. HIGH-RISK PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Customer expressly acknowledges that lithium-ion batteries are inherently dangerous and may cause:

Fire

Explosion
-
Thermal runaway
-
Severe injury or death
Customer assumes all risks associated with:

Use
-
Charging
-
Storage
-
Installation
Failure to follow safety protocols voids all obligations of American Electric.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmericanElectric and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from:

Product use or misuse

Installation or integration
-
Third-party claims
-
Injury, death, or property damage
-
Regulatory violations
This obligation survives indefinitely.
13. OEM WARRANTY VOID NOTICE
Customer acknowledges that use of American Electric products may void OEM warranties.
AmericanElectric:

Makes no representations regarding OEM compatibility

Assumes zero liability for warranty loss
14. THIRD-PARTY BRAND DISCLAIMER
All brand references (Rambo, QuietKat, iGO, etc.) are:

15. REBUILDS – STRICT TERMS

16. CHARGEBACK NOTICE!
Customer expressly understands not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting AmericanElectric for order resolution such us updates, or eligible refunds.
Improper disputes will result in:

20% of transaction value

Attorney fees

Collection costs
17. FORCE MAJEURE
AmericanElectric shall not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Labor shortages

Government actions
18. COMPLIANCE & USE RESTRICTIONS
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, including:

HAZMAT transport regulations
-
Battery disposal laws
-
Electrical safety standards
Improper or unlawful use voids all obligations of AmericanElectric.
19. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively in:
Broward County, Florida
Customer irrevocably submits to jurisdiction therein.
20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
21. MODIFICATIONS
AmericanElectric may update these terms at any time without notice. Continued transactions constitute acceptance.
